Of course, that thought was quickly dispelled when he began his sales pitch on how he can save me 7% instead of checking for a legitimate billing mistake. I refused to show them a bill until they showed me id. I did ask them what power company they were from and didn't get a straight answer. I asked because when the energex man comes he is always in uniform. Pretty sly..... and both times they came when Ben was sleeping and woke him up. That annoyed me even more.....
